The Engineering Practice Lead is accountable for how software engineering is performed across Fusefabric, ensuring high-quality, efficient and scalable engineering delivery. The role owns the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including engineering standards, tooling, quality practices and AI-enabled workflows, and ensures alignment of engineering practices across internal teams and third-party contributors. The role focuses on engineering delivery excellence, quality assurance, AI enablement, operational governance and matrix collaboration, while contributing to vendor standards, workforce planning and selective client engagement. Initially an individual contributor role, the position is expected to evolve as the practice matures and requires leadership within Fusefabric’s matrix structure.
