1. Introduction

By installing or using the Store Unity Shopify App (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, Shopify policies, and these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your store configuration supports the App requirements.

3. Data Usage & Privacy

The App may access and process Shopify store data necessary for functionality. Fusefabric does not sell or share your data with third parties except where required to provide App functionality.

4. Third‑Party Services

Some App features may rely on third‑party systems. Fusefabric is not responsible for downtime, errors, or impacts caused by third‑party services.

5. Fees & Billing

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed via Shopify’s billing system. Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of the App.

6. Support & Updates

Fusefabric provides support based on the plan or agreement associated with your installation. The App may be updated at any time to improve performance, security, or compatibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the App remain the property of Fusefabric or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse‑engineer the App.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is.” Fusefabric does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the App will meet all business requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusefabric is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the App in the 12 months prior to a claim.

10. Termination

Fusefabric may suspend or terminate access to the App for violation of these Terms or non‑payment. You may terminate use at any time by uninstalling the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
